If you have to take your car in to the body shop, typically you are not in the best of moods and you don't expect to have a great experience. However, working with the folks at The Body Shop Collision Center was not my typical visit to a car repair facility. Everyone that I talked to there was very friendly and helped to make things go as easy as possible. They explained what was going to happen and how long it would take. There is a car rental company next door and they even helped to set me up with that. The repair was completed on time and the job they did was excellent. I had brought in a car with fairly major damage and when they finished with it, I couldn't tell that it had been in a wreck at all. They went the extra mile to make everything right and gave me a good experience at a bad time. Hopefully I will not be involved in another wreck, but if I do, I'll certainly be back to their shop.
