Review content:
This place was fine when it came to purchasing my new mower two years ago. But we have had to deal with them more than once for warranty service, and that has been a nightmare. The customer service is, at best, not helpful, and often down right rude. I was even hung up on for asking if there was any way to get an idea how long it might take to get a back ordered part for my mower that had already been sitting in their repair shop, under warranty, for more than two weeks. Awful service, will not buy from here again.
