Doug looks like Johnny Cash. He always dresses in black. :-) He spent three hours scanning my laptop and found over 500 infections which he cleaned up. We went to the nearby Staples and picked up a memory stick and he installed it. Anyhow, the plus is my laptop works like new
and I spent way less than I expected to. The negative is, I was hoping to convince my wife we should get a new laptop. But since it works fast now I don't mind keeping it
for another year or two. Maybe Vista will be gone by the
time I finally replace this laptop. :-)
Pros: Comes to you. Reasonable price. Just did what I asked him to
