The waiting area was very comfortable and the staff was very helpful. I thought that being a diabetic was going to be a problem, but they made sure that I was comfortable with getting the tattoo and to make sure that I told the artist if I started to feel light-headed. Overall I think that this is the best place to get a tattoo in town hands down. I think Ian White did an amazing job on my tattoo. I'm glad that I came to Black 13 Tattoo to get my first tattoo
