i had Custom Coat and Glaze come to our home in Watertown to refinish our tub, prior to that i spoke to the owner Angelo over the phone , i was quite impressed with his insight , knowledge and the fact that they are a local family business for the last 17 years. he was polite, courteous, and above all professional , that made us feel at ease. When the techs came they were very friendly, clean, and respectful of our property. it took around 4 hours to complete ,and they changed the color of the tub from green to white ( which matches my new toilet and sink) and it looks gorgeous! the finish has a high gloss shine to it ( i can see myself ) and they removed the old caulk and replaced my moldy caulk with fresh caulk, all the same time , other companies wont caulk the tub until 1-2 days later then charge you a service call to install the caulk ( $60.00 additional) thats another reason why i chose them, one standard price all included and they still came in less than their competitors. i have two other baths in my home where the tiles and tubs are going to be done as well ,and i will definately call them back to do the work . i highly recommend them to anyone looking for a comfortable experience and good quality work.
