I've eaten at Rosati's several times and their food is really good. I've lived in Chicago, and the deep dish pizza is delicious and authentic. The thin crust is really good as well, and the salads are fresh. The Italian beef sandwich is not quite as good at my all-time favorite from Chicago, Portillo's; however, they are hard to beat. The beef sandwich was tender and flavorful, though, and I would get it again. The cheesecake is made on premises and is fabulous. They sometimes run out, so ask when you get there and order it early! I haven't been in a little while, so have not experienced any heat issues, but I'm sure they will get it resolved as soon as they can. I have found the owners and other staff to be quite friendly as well. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone.
