This was absolutely the worst service ever. After waiting 3+ weeks for them to get back to me regarding a part they had to order for my refrigerator and multiple phone calls asking for an update being unreturned, they have the nerve to say I'm rude because I called to complain about the fact that my refrigerator is STILL not working. I don't have another 3 weeks to wait for them to try and get it right. If you have a home warranty and they tell you they're sending Moad, tell them NO. These people were beyond unprofessional. Absolutely ridiculous!!!!
