Called them for a friend going local in PS - was told 5 minutes and was more like 15 but that's not unusual but when the driver got there my friend told him the address and he just sat there and didn't say anything. She called me from the back of the car and was telling me how creeped out she was since he was just idling and not speaking to her. I heard her repeat the destination to him and when she was sufficiently scared and tried to get out, she couldn't (door was locked from up front). I was looking out the window and told her to get out of the car and come back in so I guess he caught on, got out of the car and opened the door from the outside. She ran off and he drove off - sketchy and scary. Any single women should avoid.
Cons: troubled driver, inaccurate times
