Review content:
On Dec. 1, 2009, I took back in my sister's vacuum that was repaired by Gator in August for a motor and belt. She only used it twice. I was immediately met with defiance by the older blond woman at the desk stating, ""You haven't been in here since 2005!"" She called for some male/white in his late 30s with short dark hair that proceeded to turn my sister's vacuum upside down where we could see the broken belt and he stated, ""There is 5 pounds of sand in here. She is a filthy house keeper! No way she used it twice."" Well, she did use it twice because it stopped working after that. Then the man tore open the bag and let another man examine it while saying, ""She's a filthy housekeeper!"" He then said the ""F"" word to me and called me a ""bitch"" twice. I said put another bag on it because I'm leaving and I asked if he owned the company--NO, if he was an employee--NO, and what was his name. He refused to answer anything. Later in the afternoon I brought my sister back in with me, who has been a long-time customer and the man, whose name is 'Robbie' I guess, yelled at her also. We have never heard a business act like this. It was as though we walked into something that had been going on but we weren't invited. Gator did not fix my sister's vacuum and my Bisol, that I brought in to them in August that STILL wouldn't suck, I found a 3 "" hair ball in the hose. I wasn't going to mention this to them (that I fixed it) but did this this day. Since we were 'not in their data base,' I feel strongly Gator is skimming work and taking money but not registering it. All-in-all, Gator is horrible. So, we are out a total of $140 that we will never see again. Susan P. Pros: Vacuum cleaner experience Cons: foul language and loud voices
