Review content:
Our central vacuum motor started making some crazy noises in the garage. When I opened it up to see what was wrong I saw that the motor was sparking. I found thinkvacuums online and gave them a call. I spoke with a rep there who was great with me on the phone. I believe his name was Dan. Anyway. He was able to point me in the right direction. I got a new motor shipped out to me within less than a week from calling, he even pointed me in the right direction to find an installer. The vacuum is back to normal and working better than ever. Just wanted to thank thinkvacuums for their help!
