My wife and I just moved into a new apartment with mixed flooring, both carpets and bare floors, and with three cats, pet hair is a problem. We spoke with Jim at Thinkvacuums and he recommended the Sanitaire SC3683. The suction on this vacuum is excellent and is perfect for our families cleaning needs. The customer service was great, the prices were very reasonable and the shipment came in quickly. I appreciate that Jim took the time to listen to what my wife and I were in the market for and not just push the flavor of the week. THANKS FOR HIS EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE we purchased a great vacuum that my life loves and that makes me happy because if she loves using the vacuum that's one less chore of my ""honey do list"".
