Review content:
It seems we only hear about the negative comments when it comes to customer service. I want to change that by making sure that everyone knows that Gator Vacuum is the kind of business that goes out of their way to solve your problem. My daughter has been going there for many years and has always been happy with the service and attention she gets from not only the staff but the owner. I remember when she told me the owner himself carried her vacuum out to her car because the other guys were busy. I recently brought in my 20yr old vacuum that stopped working, I was sure Gator Vacuum wouldn't be able to find the parts to fix it. To my surprise I got a call the next day that they found the parts they need and would have my vacuum ready to pick up in 2 days! When I came in to pick up my vacuum, it was waiting for me and had been polished and cleaned up so well it looked brand new! I'm a ""clean freak"" and couldn't wait to get home and vacuum. The owner carried the vacuum out to my car, placed it in my trunk and even opened my car door for me! It doesn't get any better than that!!
