My husband and I made an appointment to see Mark Lawson at the Colonie office. We did have to wait about forty minutes to see him. He was busy and running behind. His pleasant receptionist did inform us of the wait time. We were not in a hurry and did not mind. Mark Lawson gave us an appraisal on jewelry we wanted to sell. His price was three times more money than two separate jewelry stores in Rotterdam. He was professional and straight forward. I would not hesitate to do business with Mark Lawson again. We have more items that we will be selling and will be going back to Mark Lawson.
