Review content:
Finding a good, honest mechanic these days is hard to do. I figured since they were affiliated with AAA they would be trustworthy. Definitely NOT the case. Oh sure, they were nice enough up until they gave me the quote to fix my vehicle. But once we decided not to go with them, it all changed! And why didn't we go with their estimate? Because they're diagnostic was grossly exaggerated! Sure they told me what was wrong with my car and then proceeded to say other things needed to be replaced as well. I had to have my car towed there and ended up having it towed to a different mechanic shop (RJ Automotive on Ben Maddox, go see them!). Zylstra charged me a $93 diagnostic fee and then did not bother to put back the heads in my engine that they took out while they were finding things wrong with my engine that weren't. Long story short, the mechanic I took it too fixed only what needed to be fixed and said that the heads and valves that supposedly were all bent were just fine... in fact, they hadn't been touched. I normally don't take the time to do these type of reviews, but in this case, I cannot, with good conscience allow someone else to be taken advantage of. Stay far away!
