I had a great experience. This is my first time here and I found them by calling around to find a shop that would quickly look at my old car without charging. I didn't want to pay for a look-see. I didn't even know if it was worth repairing or in my budget.
The owner, Roger, explained clearly what they could check before spending a dime. I dropped my car off and he fit me in (same day) between the other cars that were being worked on. He looked the car over and called me back with specific information and prices, having prioritized the work according to what was most urgent.
The work I authorized was completed and without a heavy sales pitch to convince me. This was great.
I felt comfortable and safe with someone who really knows cars and gave specific detailed information. This peace of mind is why I will be returning for my next repair.
I strongly recommend this repair shop instead of a chain shop, because you can tell that the people that are there are long term employees, and treat you like a long term client with quality work.
