This is just the worst pest control company :( Owner needs to look into hiring more professional staff. Office manager is extremely rude - at one point we'd left 5 voice messages in 7 days, which she never bothered to return. No apology when we did manage to get her on the phone. Despite giving clear instructions every time to have the technician call when he arrives, this never happens. They make billing mistakes, and charge way more than their level of service and professionalism should warrant.
Technician knowledge is poor as well - at one point they sprayed every surface of our house (including clothes, mattresses, and kitchen) with a chemical that it turned out wasn't safe or legal to spray on surfaces that humans or animals come in contact with. The only reason we even found this out was by calling other pest companies and looking on the FDA site - the technician didn't even know what the chemical was he was spraying, and had to go look in the truck to find out when asked. This is dangerous and negligent, and we had to wash down the entire house. Keep in mind he told us it was safe to be in the house even while he was spraying this.
We got so frustrated we cancelled our followup appointment and scheduled with ABC Pest. They gave us a free and thorough inspection and quote, were super clean and professional, called 20 minutes before arriving (without being asked), knew what they were doing, and charged LESS. The difference in service was startling. We'll be using them from here on out.
