I had my worst experience of customer service last Saturday at this salon. Bonnie the hair dresser after highlighting my hair leaves me with wet hair, since she is in rush and has to go to hockey with her son. When I come home and dry my hair I see a bad job. I am not happy at all.
Bonnie, in response to my request to redo my hair gives me the most unprofessional and rudest response. She leaves a massage that she is not going to touch my hair again since she is not making money out of me and had been insulted by the amount of tip I left for hair!!!!!What a psychotic hair dresser!!!!! In addition The manager Shannon, was not helpful at all and has attitude.
