The ABSOLUTELY worst supply contractor we have ever had the misfortune to work with. We ordered a replacement utility sink from this company and they failed to place the order for over 4 months. We have invested hours in waiting on the phone to speak to the General Manager. We have left over 20 messages that went unanswered. We spent over $500 on the original utility sink and it failed under warranty. The manufacturer will replace it free of charge to us -- and to General Plumbing -- if only General Plumbing would order the sink. Which, unfortunately they have completely failed to do. Given our experience, I can only imagine how unresponsive they would be if a customer had a complaint about an item purchased at and installed by General Plumbing. Four fruitless months of phone calls and I am still without my replacement utility sink. Be warned before you do business with this company.
