WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Absolutely horrible! I have never even written a yelp review before but this was such an awful experience I felt I needed to share.
After they NO SHOWED me 3 times. They installed my shower door wrong 3 times. After the third time I was over dealing with them. Asked them to please come out, remove the shower door, and refund us.
After another week and a half of them dodging me, and trying to be nice enough about the whole thing. I spoke to the owner. He was the worst of anyone that I had dealt with! Not only did he YELL at me, then INSULT me, he LIED about what his technicians said to me, and said that I bough a shower door that isn't guaranteed to not leak! OK what kind of company is this!?
All I know is that in 30 years I have never had such a horrible experience with ANY company.
PLEASE save yourself a horrible hassle. NEVER use this company
