I purchased a high end Pfaff 4 years ago and have nothing but trouble with it. The new owners had so many returns on their Pfaffs that they no longer carry brand.
After attempting to get them (new owner) to help me with the problems, I finally decided to sell it. When I went in to get the original receipt the lady told me I would not get very much for it because ""these are terrible machines"".
These people do not seem to realize that a good reputation in the sewing community means repeat business.
If you want help, service or to be treated decently, go elsewhere.
