Review content:
I should have done more research. I selected this office because it was supposed to be a pediatric dentist office and I have a child who is very emotional and deathly afraid of doctors and dentists. My wife called me and informed me that it was their policy to not allow parents in the back while they are performing dental care and they had escorted my son to the back screaming hysterically. I immediately called and demanded that my wife be allowed to observe the ""care"" my son was receiving and the woman I was speaking to on the phone placed me on hold. I then spoke to a woman who informed me that their policy does not allow parents to escort children due to sharp objects in the room. I informed her that if that is the case it should have been disclosed prior to care and if I knew of their policy I would have elected to receive dental care for my son elsewhere. I was then called to schedule an appointment for follow-up care and quickly reminded the receptionist that I had informed them earlier that my son would not be returning. She then informed that I have already paid for future care and I am now in the process of trying to get my money back for services that have not been rendered. Overall, a horrible experience accompanied with an incompetent staff. How are they still in business?
