Terrible Front Desk Customer Service. Beware of the manager, Maria. If you have to deal with her verify everything she says and send her an email to back up your conversation. She'll denied everything, and it took awhile for her to assume any resposibility. Her English is poor and she would probably communicate better in Spanish. Maria denied everything concerning my appointment and my request for my xrays duplication. What a pity because the dentist was nice.
Pros: Tech doing Xrays excellent. Doctor very nice. Hygentist nice.
Cons: Manager, Maria. Trouble communicating with her and she is very defensive. Poor customer serivice
