So couldn't wait to move out of this hell hole. I thought moving into a brand new apartment was going to be awesome, but it was a pain. Unfinished and rushed... poor quality of work. The management team is ridiculously shallow and unprofessional. It's like they hired bimbos and morons to look pretty and smile. They have a huge parking problem and do nothing about it. My car was vandalized by another tenant and they wouldn't do anything about it. It' not gated so everyone and anyone comes into the complex late at night bumping music and acting like they are at a Frat house. Some nights large truck would dump their garbage in our dumpsters and never leaving room for our trash. Dogs piss on the buildings even though they have a small dog park. No one picks up after their dogs so you have land mines everywhere. If you want to feel like your back in college living in a Frat house this is the place. Don't to hire a professional cleaner and clean your stove, because they'll charge you $42 if you don't clean it perfectly. Not only did they take my deposit but they charged me over $200 in bogus ""damages and repairs""...I guess they need to make money somehow...
