Review content:
Cedar View was fine while my dog was an active patient.. but after we moved to another state, they have been nothing but rude and unprofessional, probably because they know they won't be getting any more money from me.
It's been 3 weeks and 4 phone calls, and 3 different receptionists assuring me that they will get my dog's records to me immediately. I've been nothing but polite, because I understand that sometimes things get mixed up.. When I called today, the girl was VERY rude, as though I was wasting their time by asking for his records.. and she tried to give me all kinds of excuses for why my last phone call was not returned.
I'm still waiting for the records.
Pros: Treat you well while your pet is still a patient
Cons: If you move, they couldn't care less about you.
