Walked in with my wife intending to try out a few guns/shotguns/rifles in order to learn about our preference for home protection. We were referred to this location by Cabela's since we had been shopping for a couple of weeks. When we walked we were immediately told to sing in and there would be a 45 minute wait. Turned in my ID and my wife forgot hers so they wouldn't let her shoot - we are in our 30's so didn''t fully understand the concern...no explanation was provided and no additional staff member was available to discuss further. Nevertheless, they immediately told us there would be no point in waiting because she would not be able to shoot. Could have been handled differently and given us an opportunity to at least get familiarized with the shooting range to better understand the process... if not for this first visit for future visits...which there will be none after that experience. Rude behavior; does not surprise me according to other reviews about them...wish I would have read these first - waste of time.
