If you are new are are looking for helpful, informative customer service then this is definitely NOT the place for you. If you walk in the store, god forbid you might have a question for any of the snotty, never-available staffers. If they choose to deem you worthy and actually help you instead of letting you wander around the store helplessly, their haughty attitudes will make you wish they left you alone.
Do yourself a favor and find a competitor and give them you business instead. You'll thank me later.
