Review content:
My daughter-in-law, 5 foot 2 and 90 lbs., took two classes from this shop. Apparently, the rule is you meet with the 'owner' to pick out and purchase the beads you will use for that night's class. Although she was unavoidably delayed at work and arrived late, she enjoyed both Mon. and Tues. night classes and had signed up to take two more. However, after the Tues. night class, after everyone in the class was gone, she was reprimanded by the owner for showing up late (for which she apologized), but also for bringing all her supplies which were not purchased from his store and, after being asked by another classmate where she bought such pretty beads, for mentioning the name of another business where she had previously purchased her beads and tools. He then insisted she buy a crimping tool from 'his' store before she left that night. Needless to say, she felt intimidated and humiliated. The following day, she returned to ask that her money be returned for the the two upcoming classes for which she had already paid. The owner mailed her back her checks, but she now owns a pair of 'crimpers' that she didn't necessarily want! No customer should be treated this way....Whatever happened to ""The Customer is Always Right"" motto.... Pros: Classes were informative and interesting. Cons: Cannot return any purchase, only exchanges.
