This was the absolute worst service I have ever experienced! We sent in our $300 deposit for the apartment and planned to move from El Paso. As we were driving to San Antonio we realized our moving truck would not go very fast, causing us to arrive in SA later than expected. We immediately called the Lodge from the first rest stop to insure that someone would be there at 6pm to let us in. I was shocked to hear them refuse to make any sort of adjustments in their schedule to allow an employee to give us the key (they said it conflicted with their overtime policy). We explained that we had two small children and needed a place to stay. My husband even offered to pay whatever was necessary to cover the overtime of the employee. Again they refused and told us to come back at noon the next day. I could not believe the ridiculousness of the situation. It was if I was speaking to a heartless, mindless computer who could only restate the rules given them. They had not an ounce of concern that they we leaving a family with small children homeless for the night. We were lucky enough to have great Realtor who found a kindhearted landlord to allow us to move into their townhouse right away. PLEASE use extreme caution when even considering the place. They sound very nice on the phone, but will easily treat you like dirt the moment you become an inconvenience to them!!! When we told them that we would have to find another place to rent to insure that we would have a secure, reliable place to live they went right ahead and cashed the check we wrote them. They definitely don't care about the people, only the $. Cons: Do not care at all about the people they serve--only want $
