Review content:
I scheduled to have a piano moved (for a surprise anniversary present to my husband) with this company. I called to confirm two days before the scheduled move, and was told they had no record of it. I was going to reschedule it, and was told the price was going to be $100 higher than my original quote. I asked to speak to the owner Mary Rickman. She was very rude and unprofessional. Her company lost the scheduled information and she was not apologetic in the slightest. If I had not of made the call to confirm the move, we would be waiting on our special 20th wedding anniversary for a piano delivery that would not have happened. I would rethink any business done with Mary Rickman. She does not value the importance of good customer service, but instead argues with the customer, at her fault. What is sad, is at the end of our telephone conversation, with me in tears after finding out they had no record of my scheduled move, she says to me ""have a BLESSED day"", in a very rude tone. Wow!
