I took my dog here several times. Each time I left saying to myself ""never again"". Unfortunately, I went back one last time because Bloomingtails was closed Monday. This time they really did it. They sliced my dog's webbed skin beneath his front leg with the shears. I didn't see it until after I got him home. When I called back to find out what happened, the gentleman that works the register there told me to hold on and got the senior lady who groomed my dog on the phone with me. She said ""yes, I cut him"". I asked her why had she not been forthcoming when I picked him up and that it looked like she was trying to cover it up and she replied ""I was."" She then proceeded to tell me how because I mentioned when I dropped him off that I was unhappy with the choppy way they cut his facial hair last time, that this made her so nervous that she just knew she would do something wrong this time. At this point, I could hear the gentleman in the background telling her ""well if you knew you were so nervous, you should have never started cutting on the dog"". After listening to her blame my complaining ahead of time for her injuring my dog, she then tried to blame my dog for the injury, stating that ""he just wiggles so much"". Helllllloooooo???? He's a dog, right? I mean, I was under the assumption that the groomers there are professionals and well trained in handling wiggly dogs while grooming them. I am appalled that a ""professional"" would attempt to blame everyone else for her mistake and never take one ounce of responsibility. I was never offered even an apology. They could care less I suppose. Needless to say, besides their poor skill level, they have zero customer service skills. Cons: injury to animals, no customer service, no responsibility for mistakes, unwillingness to make customer happy
