I went here for the first time on a Friday evening at 6:30pm and had a fabulous experience. We of course had reservations, and were seated after 5 minutes of waiting. I had the filet that warmly melted into my mouth and my boyrfriend had the aged rib-eye that was cooked to a perfect medium- rare. I am very critical of the way my steaks are cooked because I've been a frequent visitor of 2 other steakhouses that are in this review, and Forbes Mill is by far the BEST steakhouse within 40 miles!
