Review content:
I had a terrible experience with the administrative process at this dentist's office! The staff failed to do a thorough insurance check, admitted that fact when challenged, and still refused to waive - or even to adjust at all - the resulting bill. They preferred to lose a whole family of customers rather than make it right. All of this over a bill for less than $100! They clearly don't value their customers, and their sloppy work came out of my pocket. Stay away, extra union benefits or not!!
