Review content:
My experiences with P&L have been pretty darned good. I've gone several times with my riding mower and have found them very helpful - yes, sometimes very busy but it's because they're the best in town! I have used at least three other mower repair companies in town and this one, by far, has the best prices! One time, they even fixed my mower while it was still on the trailer and it had 2-3 problems! One of which was supposedly repaired by the "other" repair place. The amazing thing was, he merely listened to the mower and knew exactly what the problem was! We, my husband and I, were impressed. It is true that in the summer you will have to wait for repairs but this is true with ALL mower repair companies in the summer. They aren't necessarily quick all the time but they are good with questions and answers when I call whether it's a time table question or a parts and labor cost question. They've recently reorganized the shop and cleaned it up and gotten a new gal in their to help with organizing and computer work. I think this has helped them tremendously. I'll never go back to two of the three others in town - well, one went out of business since.
