I called on Aug 6th and needed to get a loan on my laptop and Pete asked me the brand and told me to foget it when I told him my laptop was a month old and hung up on me no Sorry we cant help you mam just plain hung up So I will never go there nore recommend this shop with that kind of Customer Service.
