The vast majority of people who take the time to write a review on a site such as this do so because of a negative experience. The average bump-free renter won't be bothered.
My wife and I have been here for 6 months, and though it's not exactly Shangrila, it is a great facility and the staff are very kind, speedy, and helpful. In fact, if it weren't for the fact that we have to leave the country soon, we'd be glad to stay in our apartment until our year is up in November. Which leads me to my next point:
If you want to get a good deal on a lease-term for an apartment here which is HALF of what they are offering (6 months instead of 12), go to Nashville's Craigslist and lookup ""Lakes of Bellevue"" $849. My wife and I's apartment should be listed there. You can read all the details about the amenities this complex/apartment has to offer, and then get in touch with me via site. You won't regret it!
