Horrible. I moved in one afternoon, went to the store, and returned at night. To my amazement, I came ""home"" to find cockroaches crawling all over the walls. They were crawling in and out the vents in my brand new microwave. They were crawling around the sink and refrigerator. Come to find out, these were German cockroaches, which are the worst type and the type most resistant to pesticide. We treated with pesticide and a professional pest-control service, and they still were there. Also, at night, if you go outside, you can get a clear whiff of the smell of raw sewage. I went to the office to report these incidents, and they ""had no idea"" about these problems. Right. I moved out within a week. They still kept about $800 worth of deposits and other fees. I nearly sued them, but figured it wasn't worth my effort. Stay far away.
