I just want to warn anybody who is considering renting an apartment in South Lake not to go to Mountain View Management. They are complete dickheads. I was trying to get an apartment 2 weeks ago and the manager (Charlie) told me it was available that day. I've been calling him everyday since then and he keeps telling me he hasn't got to my application yet. We also went in at 4:00 on a Friday afternoon to get the key to show the apartment to my mom, who was visting from out of town and he said ""I dont give keys out this late I'm getting out of here at 4:30 today, it's Friday."" It would have taken us 20min. tops to check it out! I talked to him again yesterday and he said ""well, the owner has decided to take my advice and take all the furniture out and do a 12 month lease on it"" Thanks alot dickhead I could have been looking for other places this whole time!
