This is my first time message. Mountain View Management is horrible! Charlie, the rude, unprofessional ""property manager"" is something else! He must love his power trip of a job, constantly denying people for rentals. He will not make eye contact with you, especially when he is trying to do a subtle job of offending you. He literally laughed at some of my serious questions! He could care less about me as a person. All he sees when a customer walks in is someone who is inferior to him because they need housing. He causally talks on the phone while customers physically wait in the office for him. He says things ""like, the decision is up to me who gets the house"" when everyone knows it is up to the property owner! Honestly, unless your credit score is 830 and you like messing with complete and total dickheads, do not waste your time. He plays the quantity game with applications instead of the quality game. Charlie is a true piece of Shi*! He will waste your time just like mine. Do not give your business to them as a property owner or a potential renter. His unprofessionalism is truly amazing! He treats you like the low-life he is!
Pros: Charlie will eventually die!
Cons: he is still alive denying good people homes!
