I've been working with James Camastra for three years. He is an incredible professional in every way. He pays intense attention to what I do and how I do it and has a very friendly but very specific way of guiding me into proper form for maximum effect and avoidance of injury. Like no other trainer, he keeps a detailed record of every workout and is therefore able to continously adjust each session to take into account various notes he's made of my overall progress as well as specifics regarding several injuries he's helped me to overcome. At the beginning of each of the first two years I'd schedule two months of weekly workouts to get myself primed for the year. This last year I have been working continuously with James once a week every week, filling in the time between our sessions with aerobic and yoga workouts on my own. Progress with James has been noticeable and lasting. I highly recommend him!
Pros: Superior knowledge, attentive, effective
