I had a back up in our downstairs shower. I called Roto Rooter and within minutes they had someone call me back to tell me they would be here in 1/2. The Tech, JON, gave us incredible service and we enjoyed having him in our home. JON was quick and efficient and fixed our problem right away. The fee was very reasonable. I highly recommend Roto Rooter but more so I recommend JON the technician who gave us such excellent service! He was the kindest man we have ever met. He has integrity and does honest work. Jon was very sensitive to our needs. You have one JEWEL of an employee and he represents your company well. Thank you so much for your quick response and for sending out an excellent employee to fix our problem.
