tried to work with them on paying mine and my wife's accounts off. they'd rather garnish my checks every week . Despite me making payments every month on an account that's not in my name(my wife's) in addition to mine. They would not recognize that i have 4 kids and other bills to pay besides them. also they will call u at work, go to your house, and harass you every week even if u tell them when you will be able to make your next payment, i am not saying i am not at fault here but i was trying i was willing to pay what ever late fees and interest for the account but i guess that wasn't good enough. i suggest thinking twice before you go with this company
