Review content:
The billing information that was given to me was more costly than what had been est. before. The billing/coder proceeded to tell me that she does not know who ran my insurance before (at their office 2 wks prior), but the way the charges were entered was illegal; sooo she went through and ""corrected"" the problem. The reviews seem to follow a theme of the office staff contradicting each other and NOT taking responsibility for errors. It was dismissed as, Well...the last billing/coder was wrong and I'm right... that'll be $$$. On a side note: Dr. Garcia was great. One of the hygienist had called in that day so there was inadequate coverage for scheduled cleanings. The Dr. was kind enough to clean my teeth so I wouldn't have to return on another day. I do not know her first name, when I asked a staff member what the Dr.'s first name was she replied, "" Just call her Dr. Garcia. I was grown up to respect Dr.'s and call them by there last name. Dr's are like parent's and you would not call a parent by there first name, would you?"" What the heck?!! As a client, I have the right to know the name of my provider!
Pros: Dr. Garcia is a well educated, personable dentist.
Cons: LONG wait. Billing & den. asst. should review their P's&G's.
