Im not sure how anyone could be confused about insurance coverage. They gave me a printed out sheet that stated my portion and my insurance portion. My portion was highlighted. When my insurance discount turned out to be greater than their discount program, they told me to go with my insurance. And showed me the proof.
Pros: Friendly, Warm, Caring, and Cheap
Cons: Rooms not private or closed off
