Wow do I have stuff to say about this place!
Im not a fan of chain dental places but this was the closest one to my house. After calling the phone number which leads me to a out-of-state call center, CARLOS gave me an appointment for a cleaning the next day. I came the next day and after x-rays and checkup, the dentist said they will schedule me for a cleaning. It turned out the Call center have a bad reputation of misleading patients for them to come in think theyre gonna get one thing and end up getting something else.
So there goes my day off from work! Also from CARLOS from the call center, he scheduled me for a ""Basic"" Cleaning that I requested. When theyre done with my chart, they wanted to treat me with a comprehensive cleaning and they have no idea what a ""basic cleaning"" was. Avoid Monarch at all cost. They lie to you, they upcharge you and if you got something to say, try filing a complaint to a face-less company.
Go to a real dentist with a real name. Not ""McDonald's Dental""
