I was so impressed by Monarch Dental Mckinney!!! I was surprised at first that I wasn't scheduled to have my teeth cleaned on the first vist, but after the Dr. and staff explained to me that i might need more than a ""regular cleaning"" i felt better. They took the time to explain to me that 3 out of 4 adults have some form of gum disease! They did my full exam and ""measured my pockets"". Then they sent in their Office Manager to explain my dental insurance and ""out of pocket"" to me. I feel like this is the best dental experience I have ever had and i highly recommend them to everyone. I did need deep scaling and root planning done and it wasn't painful! They even offer interest free financing!
Pros: very kind and caring doctors
Cons: it takes a long time to get in for your first appointment
