WORST customer service i have EVER had. i'm an architecture major and i needed some color copies on acetate sheets (that ONLY takes about 5 minutes to process). i went at about 6pm (they close at 10pm), and showed this guy what he needed to do. he told me to pick them up 3 days later (cost OVER $10)! i politely suggested that the process would only take a few minutes and then SUDDENLY he went into a rage and YELLED AT MY FACE saying ""yeah have hell lot of stuff to do and your stuff gotta be behind the line of 3 1000 copy projects so i have no time whatsoever to do your stuff"" . i was so embarassed i left the place. i went to CAMPUS COPIES instead and it ONLY took LESS than 10 minutes to get them done. WHAT A SHAME !
