Review content:
I asked for a simple hem on pants with a special lining. I could have done it myself if they didn't have the lining. I had heard about this place through a friend and thought I would try it because there is no appointment necessary. When I got my pants back and took them home to try on, I noticed they were too long and they were not the same length. I also then realized the nice lining had been cut to the knee. I then called to get them redone and they said to bring them in. When I then brought them in the next day, three ladies attacked me when I confronted them about cutting the lining in my pants. They told me I had no idea what I was talking about and continued to argue at me until I told them to stop. I have never been treated so poorly in my life. I then told them I did not want them to fix my pants if they were acting like that and I wanted my money pack. They agreed to giving my money back, but during the whole process of refunding me they attacked me again. Saying that I had been mistaken, I should go back to the store and double check. I am so distraught with how these ladies treated me.
I then went home and looked at the other pair of pants that are exactly the same brand and style (just in a short instead of a long) and they had the lining throughout and it was not cut at the knee. Also the stitching on the lining is the same as when they hemmed my horribly uneven pants.
