I am very disappointed! While purchasing my new home, my home inspector felt I should have the well and septic further inspected and told me I should call Ricky Bonds. I was told it would be $400 to inspect both. I was already alarmed because I just paid $425 to the home inspector. Worse, they showed up, spent 30 mins there and said, that works, that doesn't work and that was it. I had to call several times to get a quote on the repair and got no actual inspection report. Really? $400 for 30 minutes. My home inspection lasted 8 hours and every inch was inspected for $425. I feel so robbed!
