My family & I have been going to Castle Dental in Franklin for 6 years. I called to schedule appointments & was told that x-rays & cleanings could not be done the same day??? What?? I don't have time for this. I am a mother of 3 kids whose husband is out of town a lot. I get 10 hours a week where all 3 kids are in school at the same time & don't want to use that precious time going to the dentist multiple times.
Took my son in for x-rays, we were there for 2 hours.
Went tonight for my x-rays & son's cleaning. He got finished with his cleaning before I was even called back for x-rays. My appointment was for 5:40. I told them I needed to pick my twins up at 6:30 & was told that I wouldn't be done by then???? For x-rays??? Really??
My husband went for a check-up a couple weeks ago & too was told he needed deep cleaning for gum disease. Glad I found this website to see other complaints. I don't like going to the dentist because I've been scammed before, it's a big racket in my opinion.
