These guys are great! A different shop had really screwed up my car & they fixed it for me. Radio Active has my onstar still working perfectly & they even added my factory steering wheel radio controls to the pioneer navigation system I got from them. I was going to purchase online, but with the great labor price they gave me, I ended up spending about the same amount anyway. The other shop I went to didn't even offer an onstar adapter or an adapter for my steering wheel controls. I didn't even know I had those options.
Pros: very professional
Cons: not open on sunday
